1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting CertiFried MultiTool to your Discord server, accessing our dashboard, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the bot, including but not limited to server administrators, moderators, and regular users who interact with the bot's features.

2. Description of Service

CertiFried MultiTool is a comprehensive Discord bot that provides the following features:

• Multi-platform streaming notifications (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Trovo, Facebook, Instagram)
• Music playback with AI DJ and text-to-speech functionality
• Server moderation, security, anti-raid, anti-nuke, and phishing detection tools
• Economy, gambling, trading, and RPG gaming systems
• Leveling, XP tracking, and rank card customization
• Custom forms, ticket systems, and support workflows
• Birthday tracking with digital birthday cards and collaborative signing
• Standalone Group Greeting Cards at certifriedmultitool.com/cards — free digital group cards for any occasion (birthdays, farewells, thank yous, congratulations, and more) with unlimited signers, no account required
• AI-generated card cover images powered by Google Gemini
• Voice message recording (up to 30 seconds) on greeting cards
• Encrypted digital gift card code attachment (AES-256-GCM encryption)
• Scheduled channel purge and auto-cleanup tools
• Custom embeds, reaction roles, and stat display channels
• TikTok video feed notifications and Twitch schedule synchronization
• Custom bot instances (self-service or managed)

• And many additional features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Administrator Dashboard Access — Transparency Disclosure

In the interest of complete honesty and transparency, we want you to know exactly who has elevated access to the CertiFried Dashboard and what that access entails.

Authorized Administrators

The following individuals have super-administrator access to the CertiFried MultiTool dashboard, which allows them to view guild settings, bot configurations, and server setup details for any server that has the bot installed:

What This Access Includes

Super-administrator dashboard access permits viewing of:

• Guild configuration settings (channels, roles, feature toggles)
• Bot setup and custom bot configurations
• Streaming subscription and notification settings
• Moderation, security, and logging configurations
• Economy, leveling, and game system settings
• Birthday card and community feature configurations

What This Access Does NOT Include

• Reading private messages or DM content
• Accessing channels the bot does not have permission to see
• Viewing Discord authentication tokens or OAuth credentials of any user
• Modifying or managing your server without your knowledge

Our Commitment

This access exists solely for the purpose of providing bot support — diagnosing issues, verifying configurations, and assisting server administrators with setup. We will never log in to, manage, or make changes to any user's guild without their express consent and knowledge. If support requires us to view or modify your settings, we will always ask for your permission first.

By inviting CertiFried MultiTool to your Discord server, you acknowledge and agree to this access. If you have concerns or wish to discuss this policy, please contact us through our Discord Support Server.

Group Greeting Cards Service

CertiFried offers a free standalone group greeting card service at certifriedmultitool.com/cards that operates independently of Discord servers. By using the cards service, you agree to the following additional terms:

Card Creation & Signing

• Cards can be created by anyone without an account. Cards created without a Discord login are "standalone" and can optionally be connected to a Discord server later.
• Signing a card (adding a message, image, GIF, voice recording, or gift code) is available to both authenticated users and guests. Guests must provide a name.
• All content submitted to cards (text, images, audio, GIFs) must comply with the Prohibited Activities section below. Explicit, NSFW, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• Card creators and server administrators may delete individual signatures or entire cards at any time.

AI-Generated Cover Images

• AI cover images are generated using Google Gemini and are subject to Google's usage policies.
• Generated images are stored on our servers and associated with the card. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated images.
• Prompts are filtered to prevent generation of inappropriate content. Attempting to bypass content filters is a violation of these terms.

Encrypted Gift Card Codes

• Gift card codes attached to signatures are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. The encrypted data is only decryptable by the card recipient or card creator via an authenticated request.
• Gift codes are never displayed in page HTML, never logged, and never accessible to administrators. We cannot recover lost gift codes if the encryption key is compromised.
• CertiFried is not responsible for the validity, value, or redemption of gift codes submitted by card signers. We do not sell, issue, or verify gift cards.

Voice Messages

• Voice recordings are captured via the browser's MediaRecorder API and uploaded as WebM audio files (max 30 seconds, max 2MB).
• Voice recordings are stored on our servers alongside the card. They are deleted when the card or signature is deleted.

Discord Integration

• Standalone cards can be connected to a Discord server at any time by the card creator, preserving all existing signatures and content.
• Connecting a card to Discord requires "Manage Server" permission on the target server and that the CertiFried bot is installed in that server.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use CertiFried MultiTool only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• All applicable local, national, and international laws
• These Terms of Service

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the bot to spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the bot
• Use the bot for any illegal activities
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse API endpoints
• Share, sell, or distribute bot features without permission
• Use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Impersonate other users or services
• Collect user data without consent

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any actions taken through your account when using our services. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

CertiFried MultiTool collects and processes certain data to provide its services, including:

• Discord user IDs, usernames, and server IDs
• Server configuration settings
• Command usage statistics
• Stream notification preferences
• Economy and leveling data

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. Data is used solely to provide and improve our services.

5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

5.2 No Warranty

CertiFried MultiTool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5.3 Third-Party Services

Our bot integrates with third-party services (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these external services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertiFried MultiTool and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to use our services (whichever is greater).

7. Enforcement and Termination

We reserve the right to investigate violations of these terms and take appropriate action, including warning users, suspending bot access, permanently banning users or servers, or reporting violations to Discord or law enforcement.

You may stop using our services at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

9. Pricing and Donations

CertiFried MultiTool is currently free to use. We accept voluntary donations to support development and server costs. Donations are non-refundable and do not guarantee any specific features or service levels.
